Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
juice of 2 lemons
3/4 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
8 to 10 frozen tart shells
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into tart shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 tarts.
