Deep-Dish Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    cinnamon
    sliced raw apples (enough to fill 9 x 13-inch pan)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and spread on bottom and sides of pan. Make crumb mixture from next 3 ingredients.
    Layer apples and crumb mixture, making sure top layer is crumbs.
    Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
    Place pan on cookie sheet or pizza pan (pie will bubble over).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
