Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until transparent.
    Add salt and paprika; add cut up chicken and mix to coat chicken.
    Add water to cover chicken; boil until chicken is tender.
    Skim fat, then thicken gravy with flour.
    Add sour cream, making sure not to overboil; simmer until sour cream is well dissolved into the gravy.
