Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced apples
pats of butter (if desired)
pie crust (for 9-inch pie pan)
Preparation

Thaw apple juice concentrate.
Combine (undiluted) with flour and cinnamon in container with tight lid.
Shake well.
Pour into saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat.
Add peeled, sliced apples to hot mixture; stir to coat.
Spoon into pie shell.
Top with second crust.
Bake as usual for other apple pies.
