Never Fail Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Stir flour, salt and baking powder.
    Set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour, one cup at a time, to mixture alternating with milk.
    Beat batter until smooth and creamy. Add flavoring.
    Bake in three 9-inch pans 35 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
