Bobbie'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
1 stalk celery
1/4 chopped onion
1 block Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 sq. oleo, melted
2 slices toasted bread, grated into crumbs
Preparation

Put in stalk of celery and onion; cook together.
Cook vegetables until done.
Drain of liquid.
Put layer of vegetables, then half of cheese, then bread crumbs.
Pour half melted oleo and repeat with another layer, with crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Do not overcook zucchini.
Strain to get rid of water.
