Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 loin pork chops
1 large can sauerkraut
2 c. water
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Place chops and sauerkraut in large pan.
Add water.
Boil gently 40 minutes.
Combine Bisquick and milk.
Spoon dough in mounds on top of boiling sauerkraut.
Cover tightly.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
