Sunshine Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped chives or green onions
    1/2 lb. snow peas
Preparation
    Combine rice and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Let steam 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
