Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 can chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef, fried and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    I use Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Great hot or cold.
