Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Idaho potatoes, about 3 lb.
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out center.
    Whip with mixture with salt, pepper and margarine.
    Add milk slowly until a little stiffer than mashed potatoes.
    Fill shells.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Do not overbake at serving time.
    Sprinkle on top with paprika.
    Bacon bits may be added if desired.
    Makes 8 servings.
