Strufalie(Italian Christmas Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. apple cider
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    honey
    cooking oil
    round colored sprinkles
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder; cut in butter.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs with apple cider.
    On board, make a well in the flour mixture.
    Pour in egg mixture and mix until soft dough.
    Do not knead too much, just bring together.
    Let rest 1 hour.
    Roll into ropes.
    Cut off 1/2-inch pieces and deep fry in 400\u00b0 oil.
    I use the electric frypan and about 2-inches of oil.
