Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 stick melted margarine
1 large lemon, juiced and grated rind
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar with corn meal and flour.
Add melted margarine, lemon juice and rind.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until tested done.
Do not overbake.
Bake approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
