Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 green chilies (canned, i.e., Ortega)
    1 egg, separate white from yolk
    1 oz. Jack cheese
    pinch of salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    dehydrated onions
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Simmer to thick consistency before putting rellenos in oven.
