Noodles With Veal Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless veal
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 small onions
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cube veal.
    In a large skillet cook veal in oil.
    Slice onions into rings.
    Add celery and onions to veal.
    Cook until crisp-tender.
    Add tomato sauce, water, sugar, paprika and salt. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Spoon veal mixture over noodles.
