Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 large apples (about 3+ cups)
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Peel apples and cube into 1/2 inch pieces.
    Mix all ingredients except apples and nuts in large bowl using mixer. Fold in apples and nuts with a spoon.
    Pour in a greased bundt or tube pan.
    Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan before dumping.
