Easy White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Guittard choc-au-lait
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chips until melted.
    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
