Chocolate Truffettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    2 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan and bring to boil over low heat.
    Simmer 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and whisk in cocoa, oatmeal, 1 cup nuts and vanilla.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into balls and roll in remaining nuts.
    Refrigerate in covered container.
