Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can applesauce
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    drain and cut up 1 large can of each: peaches, pears, blue plums and pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Melt butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar.
    Add applesauce and heat thoroughly.
    Place fruit into baking dish and spread butter mixture over fruit.
    Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown sugar and chopped pecans.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 15.
