Potato Soup(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. water
    2 onions, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put all above in crock-pot on low; let cook for 10 to 12 hours.
