Knobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples

Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening and eggs.
Beat well.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
