Rice And Barley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. pearl barley
    1/2 c. rice
    1 onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute barley and rice in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Saute onion and mushrooms separately.
    Add to casserole with chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Bake until broth is absorbed 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
