Sandy'S Low-Fat Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, chuck or round
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. low-fat, grated Mozzarella cheese
    Ricotta or low-fat cottage cheese (may be added, if desired)
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper; drain.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and water to desired thickness.
    Simmer on medium-low, stirring 45 minutes. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with a little sauce, layer noodles and cheese (makes 5 layers).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Let set 20 minutes; cut and serve.
