Great Northern Bean Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can whole tomatoes (undrained), cut up
    1 can great Northern beans
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    In a large saucepan or 4-quart Dutch oven.
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
