Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. wheat flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add salad oil, sugar, vanilla and shredded zucchini.
    Mix lightly.
    Add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, baking powder and nuts and mix lightly.
    Butter 2 regular size loaf pans or 6 mini loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
