Broccoli Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, boiled, chopped and deboned (reserve broth)
    1 lb. bag frozen broccoli
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 section saltines, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in chicken
    broth until tender.
    Mix sour cream, soups, mushrooms, juice
    and cheese.
    Layer broccoli in a
    9
    x 13-inch glass
    dish.
    Top
    with
    chicken.
    Spoon
    soup mixture over and spread
    evenly.
    Mix crumbs and margarine and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until crumbs brown and casserole is bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
