Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. dill seed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine in mixing bowl the next 8 ingredients.
    Add yeast mixture and flour.
    Stir well to combine.
    Let rise in greased bowl to double in size.
    Punch down. Put into two 7 x 3-inch or one 9 x 5-inch well-greased bread pans.
    Let rise again about 45 to 50 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Remove from pans and brush with melted butter.
