Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. green peppers
1 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 medium heads cabbage
2 (15 oz.) cans kraut
1 large tomato juice
Preparation

Boil whole heads of cabbage to soften top leaves.
Pull off top leaves; set aside.
