Barbecued Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Cover beans with water and bring to a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer until beans are tender.
Drain; reserve 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Add chili sauce, vinegar, mustard, salt, horseradish, curry powder, red pepper and reserved cooking liquid.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add beans; simmer 10 minutes.
