Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 c. sliced green onions
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 small can sliced ripe olives
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mash avocados in bowl with lemon juice and jalapeno peppers. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix in another bowl.
    Layer on shallow serving platter:
    Bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives, in that order. Serve with round tortilla chips.
