Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. lard
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour and lard with pastry blender.
    Add sugar, salt, egg and water.
    Mix well.
    Yields 5 shells.
