Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or breast, cooked and deboned
1 onion, sliced
1 pkg. Doritos, crushed
3/4 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
cayenne pepper
Preparation

Spread chicken on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put onion, 1/2 package of Doritos and cheese over chicken.
Mix soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes and small amount of cayenne; pour over.
Put other 1/2 package of crushed Doritos on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
