Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs, beaten
4 c. chopped apples
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, break eggs over apples.
Stir with fork.
Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, oil and nuts.
Add flour gradually.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or more.
