Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese (bulk or shredded)
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, bite size
    1/4 lb. Cappicola, bite size
    1/4 Genoa salami, bite size
    Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes, adding milk and butter sparingly, until creamy.
    (Leave somewhat dry.)
    Cut luncheon meats, pepperoni and cheese into bite-size pieces.
    Add one egg to potatoes and mix.
    Add luncheon meats, pepperoni and cheese; mix together.
    Put mixture in a baking dish; sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 to 25 minutes (or until cheese melts).
    May be served as a main dish meal.
