Louisiana Corn Pone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal (home ground is best)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk (more if needed)
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients.
Add a little milk until you can work batter.
Add eggs and beat until mixed well.
Add enough milk to make thin enough to fry like pancakes on a griddle.
Serve warm with butter.
