Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 lb. brisket, well trimmed
red cayenne pepper
garlic salt
paprika
Preparation

Pound meat strongly with fist on both sides.
(I use an old potato masher.)
On each side sprinkle lightly with red pepper, then more liberally with garlic salt and paprika.
Bread wrap brisket with heavy-duty foil (fat side up).
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven 4 to 5 hours.
Cool at least 30 minutes before slicing diagonally.
