Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
cookie filling or pastry filling
10x sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
Blend in flour and salt and chill for several hours (makes it easy to roll).
You may want to put into 3 bowls (makes it easy to handle).
Roll dough as thin as possible in 10x sugar and cut with a glass or cookie cutter and fold over and seal with a fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and dust with 10x sugar.
