Grandma Thies' Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    3 medium fresh peaches
    1 unbaked pie shell
    half and half cream
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and sugar together.
    Sprinkle 1/2 in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
    Arrange fresh peeled peach halves, cut side up, in pie shell.
    Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over peaches.
