Chocolate Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. German's sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine egg whites, salt and cream of tartar.
Beat until foamy.
Add 1/2 cup sugar (2 tablespoons at a time).
Beat until mixture stands in very stiff peaks.
Fold in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon into greased pie pan; make a nest-like shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool.
