Peanut Butter Fruit Dip(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy)
1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Beat all ingredients until fluffy with electric mixer.
Cover and chill.
Serve with assorted fruit.
Yields 1 1/4 cups.
