Garlic-Butter Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs peeled and cubed Idaho potatoes
    3 minced garlic cloves
    4 Tbsp butter
    1 c half and half milk
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 minutes, drain. Meanwhile cook garlic cloves in butter in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
    Do no allow garlic to brown. Return potatoes to pot, add the garlic, half and half, salt, and pepper. Mash. Make 8 servings.
