Pear Clafoutis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3 large pears, peeled, cored and sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously butter a 9-inch deep dish glass pie plate.
    Beat eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in medium bowl to blend; whisk in flour.
    Add milk, margarine, vanilla and lemon peel and whisk until smooth.
    Arrange pears in bottom of the pie plate.
    Pour custard over pears.
    Bake until Clafoutis is set in center and golden on top, about 55 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
