Mexican Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix. Make into walnut-sized balls and brown after rolling in flour.
    Put into sauce and simmer 2 1/2 hours, covered.
    Is best made a day ahead.
    Great over noodles as a main course or served with toothpicks as an appetizer.
