Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. shredded carrot
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon grains
1/2 tsp. paprika
7 c. cubed raw potatoes
1 1/2 c. cubed Kraft American cheese (If you use Velveeta, use less)
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Boil the first 6 ingredients over low heat for 10 minutes. Add potatoes.
When potatoes are well cooked, add cheese.
When cheese is melted, add milk.
Do not boil after milk is added.
If you want it thinner, add more milk.
If you want it thicker, use instant mashed potato flakes, not flour.
