Mom'S Hiya Somen Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dashi-no-moto
    3 c. water
    1/4 c. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. mirin
    dried mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Boil ingredients together.
    Serve with boiled somen noodles and garnish with kamaboko, green onions and sliced, fried eggs.
