Barbecued Chicken Wings(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large wings (3 1/2 lb.)
    1 large lemon, cut into 14 thin slices
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cut off and discard chicken wing tips.
    Arrange chicken and lemon alternately in rectangular 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch dish.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High 12 to 15 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 6 minutes, until juices run clear; drain.
    Keep warm. Pour favorite barbecue sauce over chicken.
    Microwave uncovered 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is hot.
    May double for large crowd.
