Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower (cleaned and broken into small pieces)
    1 can Swanson chicken broth
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 pt. Half and Half
    1/2 pt. light cream
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salt water until tender; drain.
    Stir the remaining ingredients together and pour mixture over the cooked cauliflower.
    Simmer; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into cups and add a hunk of butter.
