Elephant Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6-inch) soft shell tortilla
    oil
    sugar and cinnamon mixture
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat small amount of oil in frypan.
    Place 1 tortilla; fry until slightly cooked and flip and cook other side.
    Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Cook the rest.
