Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton pineapple or vanilla low-fat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    5 c. thinly sliced green cabbage
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
    fresh pineapple wedges, drained
Preparation
    Stir yogurt.
    Spoon onto layers of heavy-duty paper towels and spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cover with paper towels; let stand 5 minutes.
    Scrap into a bowl using a rubber spatula.
    Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
