Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine well, then add rhubarb and 1/2 cup nuts.
Spread mixture into 2 greased loaf pans.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon melted butter; pour over loaves before baking.
Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Can be frozen.
