Cool Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
Preparation
    Trim and separate cauliflower into flowerets and cook in a large saucepan in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
    Drain; let cool.
    Combine in a small bowl the cauliflower, grated cheese and scallions.
    Toss this mixture with the sauce.
